RULES AND GUIDELINES – Entry Deadline March 1, 2026

​

  1. “Teams” are comprised of one individual participant or two participants.

  2. Participants must make a minimum of 4.0 gallons (15 liters) of soup or be disqualified.

  3. Participants must bring their own warmers, small ladles, and extension cord.

  4. One six foot table and two chairs will be provided.  Table decorations by participants are encouraged.

  5. Soup garnishes, crackers, breads, etc are optional for participants.

  6. Participants will serve their soup only in sample containers provided to them.

  7. Signage will be provided listing ingredients for people with allergies or sensitivities.

  8. Set-up between 1pm and 1:45pm.  Participant will be ready to serve their soup at 2pm.

  9. Participant must maintain 140 degree Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius) or higher safe temperature of soup during event.

  10. Participants must provide the written recipe to be sold as recipe cards for $1 each as part of this fundraiser.

  11. If selected as a contestant, a photo of each team participant, team name, logo if a club or organization (like Boy Scouts), and name of soup will be used for advance promotion online.
