When Life Gets Hard, Puerto Peñasco Shows Up.
In 2025, our very first full year, friends and neighbors helped us raise over
$26,000. We packed and distributed food bags to vetted families every single month of the year — 12 months in a row, without missing one.
Heroes exceeded our goal. Believers proved this community shows up.
2026 needs its Believers.
Our 2026 goal is $30,000. Not to end hunger — but to keep showing up, month after month, for the real families in this real town who need a hand.
$20 fills a bag with real food staples — the flour, beans, rice, and pasta, and more that keep a family's kitchen going. Every dollar stays here. Every bag goes to a neighbor.

The Empty Bowls team are working hard to grow this wonderful organization and support our local community, with plans to establish both a Mexican and an American Non-Profit status as our growth merits it.
